Our cook takes personal pride in preparing upscale country dishes that are a delight to the palate. Lobster, steak, chowders, homemade breads and pastries are among Leen's specialties. Leen's cooks are pleased to accommodate any special dietary requests during your vacation in Maine cabin rentals.
The Tannery Room, adjacent to the main dining room, features a relaxing atmosphere for after-dinner conversation, a game of cards or reading a book. Both the Tannery Room and the main dining room face West so that you can enjoy watching the beautiful evening sunset over West Grand Lake and listening to the call of the loons making Maine vacations with Leen's Lodge cabin rentals the best around.
The Details:
American Plan: During your vacation in Maine at our cabins, the American Plan includes three meals  per day - breakfast, a packed lunch and dinner. Mealtime hours are:
- Breakfast: 7:00 - 8:00 am
- Dinner: 6:30 - 7:30 pm
The Menu: Only the best home-cooked foods are served in our main dining lodge. Your Maine vacation breakfast menu includes your choice of eggs, cooked your style, bacon, sausage, homemade toast, muffins, pancakes, french toast, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit and juices plus your choice of coffee, tea, milk or hot chocolate. Typical dinner entrees include roast beef au jus, Thanksgiving-style turkey dinner, chicken cordon bleu, roasted pork loin, lobster and shrimp scampi. Delicious homemade soups or a fresh unique salad is served each evening. Steak or lobster is served on Friday nights.
Be sure to leave room for our special desserts that are sure to make your Maine vacation even more memorable. Choose from desserts such as: fresh apple, lemon meringue, peanut butter, blueberry or coconut cream pies. Perhaps carrot cake, chocolate peanut butter cake or a brownie sundae is more tempting! Picnic lunches consisting of sandwiches or the ingredients for a cookout or shore lunch are available from our kitchen. Your waitress will give you a menu slip each night at dinner for the following noon lunch.
Liquor: We do not have a liquor license. Please feel free to bring along your favorite beverage on your vacation in Maine to enjoy in the comfort of your cabin rentals or in the relaxing atmosphere of our Tannery Room.
