American Plan (other vacation arrangements available by request)

Includes breakfast, packed lunch and dinner. Children 6-12 pay $10 per day per year of age. Children 5 and under stay free.

Housekeeping Rates: May1-July 31

Each additional guest would pay $45 per night.

The Cove Cabin:$225 per day for up to 5 guests (Housekeeping Rate).

Housekeeping Rate: Cove Cabin- $125 per day for up to 5 guests

Leen-To Cabin-$200 per day for up to 8 guests

Each additional guests pay $25 per day

 

Bird Hunting Package: $495 per day per person double occupancy. Includes lodging, three meals, full guide service, taxes and gratuities. Guide tip not included.

Check In & Check Out Times

Check in is after 1 p.m. on arrival date unless other vacation arrangements are made in advance. Check out is 11 a.m. on departure date.

Cancellations, Deposits & Reservations

A $200 deposit per person is payable within 15 days of the reservation. The deposit is fully refundable minus a $25 service charge until 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations and for persons who do not accompany their party. You will be billed for your scheduled length of stay with no adjustments for late arrival or early departure. Your deposit provides assurance both to you and to us of your confirmed reservation. A $400 deposit per person is required to confirm a bird hunt.
