About Us

My name is Charles Driza and I am the owner of Leen’s Lodge. I am a life-long outdoorsman with a passion for fishing, bird hunting and cooking. A mechanical engineer by trade, I left the corporate life in 2001 to fulfill my dream of owning a sporting lodge. I chose Leen’s Lodge for its ideal location in a wilderness area with great fishing & hunting opportunities. Partnered with my sister Cecilia, I have dedicated full time to rebuilding the great reputation of Leen’s Lodge that was started by Stanley Leen in 1958. I am a Registered Maine Guide and enjoy the days afield spent with our fishing or bird hunting guests. I am extremely dedicated to our guests to insure they have a safe and enjoyable experience in the wilds of Maine. I am the father of two children, Charles & Jessica. Charles, now at the University of Connecticut, has spent all of his summers at the lodge learning the life of a lodge owner. My daughter, Jessica, is married and living in Ocala, Florida.

Laura King is your hostess at Leen’s Lodge. Laura is a Passamaquody Indian who lives in Princeton Maine. A life-long resident, Laura has many duties at the lodge, including cooking & telling the guests where the fish are! Laura is known for her helpful attitude and great desserts. Laura’s family members, including her husband Gary, and daughters Bea and Fay, are often helping her at the lodge as the work load increases. Leen’s Lodge is blessed to have Laura King to serve our guests.
